Refund policy

Returns are available for damage, defect, or deviation.

Any issues with the product have to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of products, with supporting pictures, to support@fatboy.com

If 24 hours have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In case of any damage, or defect, our liability is limited to the cost of items paid by the customer.


Refunds are processed Online. Generally processed within 15 days of approved refund.

The order where the delivery of goods is pending for any reason arising out from the customer’s end will be treated and fulfilled and will not be eligible for any form of returns or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of conditions are exempt from being returned. Such as wear & tear of normal use.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until asked to do so by the seller.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your report/email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your problem notification.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are not applicable where repairs are exercisable or advised.


Exchange

It is FREE to exchange the products if items are defective or damaged within 7 days.

You can simply drop us an email to request for exchange.
