Your Personal Data that is collected and Processed under this Privacy Notice, regardless of whether such Personal Data was directly provided by you to FatboyTH or automatically collected from you by FatboyTH, or was provided to FatboyTH by other sources or third parties, includes the following:

Conditions of Payment
The purchase price of the Products shall be paid to Aldila Co Ltd in full upon presentation of the relevant tax invoice. Goods remain the property of the Company until paid in full.
Payments made by transfer require a 48 hour period in order for the funds to clear and to allocate them to the relevant order/s.
Goods will only be released for collection or delivery once the receipt of funds has been confirmed.
If the Customer fails to make any payment on due date, all amounts owing by the Customer, whether or not the date for payment has arrived, will immediately become due and payable by the Customer. In such a case, the Customer shall also immediately forfeit all discounts of whatsoever nature that may have been granted to it by Aldila Co Ltd
Conditions of Collection
Collection of the goods will only take place from the delivery address to which they were delivered and will be subject to the following conditions:
- You agree to provide as much detail as possible of relevant features of the delivery address on which floor the items are to be collected from to help our representative prepare for the collection.
- You agree to provide as much detail as possible of relevant features of the delivery address the items are to be collected from.
- It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in the intended areas. The company is not responsible for goods that have not been measured and subsequently do not fit where intended.
- Delivery times quoted by us are approximate only and we are not responsible for any delays.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of delivery by you within two business days of the booked delivery date will incur additional charges.
RETURNS /REFUND
Returns are available for damage, defect, or deviation. Any issues with the product have to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of products, with supporting pictures and video, to support@fatboyth.com or Line Official @fatboythailand If 24 hours have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case of any damage, or defect, our liability is limited to the cost of items paid by the customer.
Refunds are processed Online. Generally processed within 15 days of approved refund.
The order where the delivery of goods is pending for any reason arising out from the customer’s end will be treated and fulfilled and will not be eligible for any form of returns or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of conditions are exempt from being returned. Such as wear & tear of normal use.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until asked to do so by the seller.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your report/email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your problem notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are not applicable where repairs are exercisable or advised.
Exchange
It is FREE to exchange the products if items are defective or damaged within 7 days. You can simply drop us an email to request for exchange.
